At Hi Vibe Honey Bees & Apothecary, we take pride in producing and carefully packaging our products. Due to the nature of our products, including honey, herbal tinctures, oils, salves, dried herbs, and other consumable goods, all sales are generally considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. When possible, include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Eligible Resolutions May Include:

• Replacement of the damaged item
• Store credit
• Refund at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality control, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Consumable goods
• Herbal preparations
• Honey and bee products
• Custom or special-order items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
