Preparation

Herbal Tea: Add 1–2 teaspoons of dried Lemon Balm to 8 ounces of hot water. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes before straining.

Lemon Balm also blends beautifully with chamomile, lavender, peppermint, rose hips, and other traditional herbs.
